How Bayside Residents Can Join
BAYSIDE RESIDENTS: It's that time again for our community-wide annual yard sale and central bazaar on Saturday, August 22 from 9am to 3pm! Save your quality used household items, sports and camping gear, furniture, garden tools, school/office items, books, etc. to sell. This Community Yard Sale attracts CalPoly Humboldt students looking for household and kitchen items, and bargains on bicycling and sports equipment. Artists, craftspeople and makers use the Bayside Yard Sale Shoppers Map for materials for their art and projects.
For Bayside Residents and Organizations
There are 2 ways to participate in the Bayside Community-wide Yard Sale & Central Bazaar:
For a $10 fee, Bayside residents who sell at their driveway in the 2026 Bayside Community-wide Yard Sale & Central Bazaar will be provided with the red & white yard sale road signs that shoppers look for, and their location will be pinpointed on the map that will be distributed as flyers and online via social media and emails. Bayside Corners urges you to encourage your neighbors to join the yard sale because shoppers are attracted to clusters of home yard sales.
To be included in the Yard Sale Shoppers Map and receive road signs, you must email baysidecorners@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to join with your name, address, phone, and email, and pay the $10 fee by Monday, August 10th. For a $25 fee, Bayside residents and organizations and all Humboldt community groups, artists and craftspeople are invited to join the Central Bazaar at the corner of Old Arcata & Jacoby Creek Rds with a sales table or pop-up.
To sign up, notify us of your intent to join with your name, address, phone, and email address at baysidecorners@gmail.com. For instructions for parking, unloading and setup times, and cleanup after the event, contact us by email or at 707-845-5524. We must receive the $25 table/booth fee by Tuesday, August 18th. We are not able to accept sellers who want to join at the last minute without instructions and without paying the $25.

Put your yard sale on the map and get a sign - $10 by Monday, August 10th.
Reserve a space for your sales table or pop-up at the Central Bazaar - $25 by Tuesday, August 18th.
VOLUNTEER
Many hands make light work. Lots of detail tasks for this annual community service – the Yard Sale & Central Bazaar. Your volunteer time is always appreciated. Each year, more shoppers come to Bayside and the event grows. If you play music for a festive atmosphere, can help unload items for sale, can distribute the Shoppers Maps and deliver signs to participating households, or want to help in other ways, we welcome you!
